Delete Your StayViral Account

This page explains how to delete a StayViral mobile app account with SV Group LLC and what happens to data associated with that account.

How to delete your account

1. In the StayViral app, sign in, open Account Settings, and select Delete Account.
2. If you cannot access the app or do not see that action, email support@stayviral.io from the email address used for your StayViral account.
3. We may ask you to verify control of that email address before processing a support request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or TikTok access tokens.

Data deleted with the mobile account

The account-deletion process removes the account-linked data held by the StayViral app:

• Your OTP-based StayViral account and active login sessions
• Stored TikTok and TikTok Shop connections and associated account data
• Cached Kajabi customer matching and course-entitlement checks
• Saved course lesson position and completion progress
• User-specific TikTok performance and creator showcase caches

Kajabi and other independently held records

Deleting a StayViral mobile account does not automatically delete purchase, customer, entitlement, or transaction records held independently in Kajabi. Kajabi or StayViral may retain those records for transaction support, disputes, security, or legal obligations. Contact support@stayviral.io if you want help identifying a separate Kajabi request.

Before deleting

Account deletion signs you out and removes saved course progress. If you later create another account with the same email, eligible Kajabi course access may be matched again, but deleted progress is not restored.
