SV Group LLC ("StayViral," "we," "our," or "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you access or use our services, websites, applications, coaching programs, and integrations with third-party platforms, including TikTok and TikTok Shop.

By using Stay Viral services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Website, Kajabi, and Service Information

When you use our websites, Kajabi pages, coaching programs, forms, or support channels, we may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Payment and billing details
  • TikTok username or account ID
  • Business or brand information
  • Communications through Discord, email, forms, or support channels

B. Information Collected Through TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account to Stay Viral (including TikTok Login or TikTok Shop integrations), we may collect only data authorized by you and permitted by TikTok, such as:

  • TikTok user ID
  • Username and profile metadata
  • Content performance data (views, engagement, sales metrics)
  • TikTok Shop affiliate or product information

We do not access private messages, passwords, or sensitive TikTok account credentials.

C. Website and Service Usage Information

Our websites and service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Device and browser information
  • App and website usage data
  • Log files and analytics
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to provide Stay Viral services, including:

  • Delivering coaching, agency, and educational programs
  • Connecting creators with TikTok Shop opportunities
  • Tracking content performance and analytics
  • Improving products, services, and user experience
  • Communicating service updates, support, and notices
  • Enforcing platform rules, agreements, and community standards
  • Complying with legal obligations

TikTok user data is never used for advertising resale, profiling outside our platform, or unrelated purposes.

3. StayViral Mobile App Data

The StayViral mobile app does not collect the website and Kajabi checkout information listed above merely because you install or use the app. When you use the mobile app, we process:

  • Your email address, internal user ID, one-time login-code challenge, and session records to create and secure your account
  • TikTok and TikTok Shop account identifiers, profile details, authorization tokens, and available performance or commerce data when you connect those services
  • A short-lived Kajabi entitlement cache containing the matched Kajabi customer ID, course product IDs, and the time access was last checked
  • Course lesson position, completion status, and the time progress was updated

This data is used to sign you in, show connected account features, confirm course access, deliver authorized course media, and preserve course progress.

4. TikTok Data Use & Compliance

Stay Viral complies with TikTok's Developer Terms, Platform Policies, and TikTok Shop policies, including the following principles:

  • TikTok data is used only for approved Stay Viral functionality
  • TikTok data is not sold, rented, or shared with unauthorized third parties
  • TikTok data is not used for surveillance, tracking outside intended use, or competitive analysis
  • Users may revoke TikTok access at any time
  • TikTok data is deleted upon user request or account disconnection unless legally required to retain it

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data.

We may share information only with:

  • Trusted service providers (hosting, payments, analytics, CRM)
  • Authorized team members and contractors assisting in service delivery
  • TikTok and related integrations as authorized by the user
  • Legal authorities when required by law

All partners are required to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

6. Data Storage & Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect user data, including access controls and restricted administrative access.

While we take data protection seriously, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

  • We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations
  • Mobile users can delete their account from Account Settings in the app by selecting Delete Account, or follow the alternative support steps on our Account Deletion page
  • Deleting a StayViral mobile account removes the app account, active sessions, connected TikTok and TikTok Shop records held for that account, cached Kajabi entitlement checks, and course progress. User-specific TikTok performance and showcase caches are also cleared.
  • Disconnecting TikTok removes the connected TikTok record from StayViral; account deletion also removes connected TikTok records associated with the account
  • Deleting a StayViral account does not itself delete purchase, customer, or other records held independently by Kajabi. Kajabi or StayViral may retain those records where required for transactions, disputes, security, or legal obligations.

8. User Rights & Choices

You may:

  • Access or update your personal information
  • Withdraw TikTok permissions
  • Request deletion or export of your data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand platform usage and improve performance. You may control cookie usage through browser settings.

10. Children's Privacy

Stay Viral services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Third-Party Services

Stay Viral integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok and TikTok Shop. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms, which are governed by their own policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.
