Stay Viral Group LLC ("Stay Viral," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to transparency and fairness. Due to the nature of our services, this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

By purchasing or accessing any Stay Viral product or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products & Coaching Programs

All Stay Viral offerings include immediate access to proprietary digital materials, coaching resources, community platforms, and internal systems.

Because of this:

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Coaching programs
  • Digital courses and trainings
  • Community access (Discord or similar platforms)
  • Software tools or dashboards
  • Mobile app access
  • Educational resources or templates

2. Agency Services & Retainers

Agency services incur immediate operational costs, including:

  • Staffing coaches and content managers
  • Creator onboarding
  • Software and platform expenses
  • Brand and creator coordination

As such:

  • Retainers and setup fees are non-refundable
  • Performance outcomes are not guaranteed
  • A lack of results does not constitute grounds for a refund

3. No Guaranteed Results

Stay Viral does not guarantee:

  • Income or earnings
  • Virality
  • TikTok Shop approval
  • Brand deals or commissions
  • Specific performance metrics

Refunds will not be issued due to unmet expectations, market conditions, platform changes, or personal circumstances.

4. Access = Fulfillment

Once access to training materials, community platforms, coaching calls, or software systems is granted, the service is considered delivered and fulfilled.

Failure to utilize available resources does not qualify for a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Stay Viral support may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Removal from community platforms
  • Permanent restriction from future services

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are only considered if:

  • Required by law, or
  • Explicitly stated in a separate, written agreement signed by both parties

Verbal statements, assumptions, or third-party interpretations do not override this policy.

7. Policy Abuse

Any attempt to access content, coaching, or systems with the intent to reverse payment or obtain services for free will be treated as abuse and may be challenged with evidence of access logs, communications, and delivered services.

8. Changes to This Policy

Stay Viral reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
